Jim Linn (President)

Jim Linn knows what it takes to run a successful construction company and deliver a quality product. With a degree in mechanical engineering and more than twenty-two years of industry experience, he has successfully managed multi-million dollar projects for such notable companies as V.L. Rendina, Inc., Bank Development Corporation, and Rite Aid Corporation.

Now at the helm of his own firm, he brings this same dedication to excellence to his current clients. His attention to detail and hands-on approach to managing the marketing, estimating, and operations of the company ensures that every project moves at a steady pace and that every employee has the necessary resources to do their best work.

Professionally, Jim is OSHA-certified and is an active member of Mid-Atlantic BX (formerly Harrisburg Builders Exchange) and the West Shore Chamber of Commerce.

Thomas Faulkner (Operations Manager)

With an eye for detail that hints at his background as a gifted cabinetmaker, Tom Faulkner handles his duties as designer, estimator, and project manager with equal confidence. And, as a certified Construction Industry Technician (CIT)from Clemson University, he’s definitely the “go-to” guy when it comes to implementing the most current green technology and environmentally sound practices in our projects (and it always does!).

A former principal and vice president of a local cabinet and millwork company, Tom understands the importance of commitment to the organization. He also served as a project manager and estimator for companies like Ritter Bros., Inc., and E.C. Snyder, Inc.

Tom is certified in fire and smoke restoration and is a water damage restoration technician. He is a current member of Mid-Atlantic BX (formerly Harrisburg Builders Exchange) and a past member of the Construction Specification Institute (CSI), Green Building Association of Central Pennsylvania, and the International Facility Management Association (IFMA).
